MY RED MAGIC COLLAR

Hi EveryDoggie!

I got the most exciting package in the mail the other day from my goodest and bestest friend Maggie and her brother Mitch! The box had two things in it! One was the most beautifulest ever brand NEW RED collar which I have since discovered is MAGIC! Yes, that is right, it is MAGIC! It allows ME to travel to the NorthPOLE or where ever I might want to GO just by twirling it on MY NECK! When I do this, my heart beats FAST and I am OFF! It is the neatest thing everest! I have already been to the NORTHPOLE several times to check on Santa's progress AND I have been down to visit MY GOODEST and BESTEST friend, Maggie many times too! OMG! We have had so much funnest ever! We have shopped and we have been to Starbucks for coffee and we have eaten Onies which are amazingest ever just like Maggie says! OMG! It has been great and all because of MY special new collar! Thank you Maggie and Mitch! Thank you!

Here is a photo of ME wearing my pretty new collar ... It is not the best photo as Mom says I was not cooperating since I was so excited by the Christmas treee! Oh well! It happens!



The second thing in MY box was the most beautifulest ever orny for MY TREE! OMG! I just love it so! It is an airegirl like ME and Maggie's Mom made it herself! It hangs on our tree and will forever and ever as we will cherish it forever and ever! Thank you again Maggie and Mitch and your very special Mom!

THE SWIM TEAM!

Hi Everyone!

Something exciting happened to ME this weekend! I made the swimmies team at MY SWIM SCHOOL! OMG! I was so excited! It all happened when I swimmed non-stop for 18 entire minutes against the current! When I did that -- and I did not even have to try that hard -- I LOVE TO SWIM -- I got a BLUE RIBBON saying that I had made the SWIMMIES Team!



I know that I will swimmies forever and ever ... I just LOVE IT! I first started swimmies when I was a puppy because I hurt myself by playing to hard! When Mom saw how much it helped me in MY REHAB and how strong and healthy it made ME, we decided that I should KEEP swimmies for FUN and for HEALTH!



MY Mom swims too and so does Maggie's coolest ever Dad ya know! In fact, Maggie's Dad is a GREAT swimmer! I am hoping to take a swim with him someday! Can ya ask him for ME Maggie, please?!

OFF TO LONDON FOR HALLOWEEN!

OMG! The day is finally here! ME and MY HERCY are off to LONDON for HALLOWEEN with MY GOODEST AND BESTEST FRIENDS MAGGIE and MITCH! OMG! Are we ever excited! OMG!



Look at MY fantastic costume -- Maggie and Mitch and their SUPER DUPER MOM made it for ME! I love it so!



And LOOK at MY HERCY'S costume! Maggie and Mitch and their SUPER DUPER MOM made his costume too! We are twinsies! This is such FUNNEST EVER! OMG!



HERCY just arrived at MY house in the WOODS and soon we are OFF TO meet Maggie and Mitch at their house so that we can all board AIRE RUBY for our flight to LONDON!

Looking forward to seeing everydoggie soonest ever! And THANK you again Maggie and Mitch for making these fantastic costumes for ME AND MY HERCY! My baby brothers are jealous!

Hi EveryDoggie!

I have been away for a bit, but I am back now! A lot has been happening at MY housie in the past two months! First, MY BOYS turned ONE! As a result, I have been spending more and more time TEACHING them all of the most important things I can think of! This is ME having a discussion with MY BROTHER BRADY ... I must add that Brady is quite a little character ... He actually stuck his little finger UP MY BIG BLACK NOSE last night! Naughty little boy! Good thing I am such a GOOD natured airegirl! Hee Hee!



Beyond this important work, I have been doing A LOT OF THIS ...



And A LOT OF THIS ...



The landscaping here at MY HOUSE in the woods never seems to be done ... There is always work for ME to do! OMG!

Well, this is all for now ... I am looking forward to seeing every DOGGIE at the big HALLOWEEN PAWTY in London! I will be coming with MY GOODEST and BESTEST FRIENDS Maggie and Mitch! I am so excited ... Maggie and her Mom made the coolest, goodest, bestest costume for ME! OMG!

BACK TO MYSELF!

Hi everyone!

Thank you so muchest ever for the continued goodest ever wishes following the CORN COB INCIDENT! I am feeling much betterest thank you! I gotted my stitches OUT and I am especially happiest about this! NO MORE BLOW UP COLLAR and I get to go back to the POOL! Yet, I have to admit that once I got used to MY BLOW UP COLLAR, it wasn't really so bad! It was like wearing a pillow! Now that I am back up and around, I am very busy sampling all of the new foods that MY baby brothers are learning to EAT! OMG! It is like a never ending pawty here ... Pancakes for breakie, cheese sandwiches for lunchie and cheerios or din din! It is the bestest everest! OMG! My goodest and bestest friend Maggie even asked me if she could borrow MY brothers for a week so that she could get in on some of this goodest ever food! Maggie changed her mind when she heard that one of MY brothers attempted to PULL MY TAIL this morning! Mom promised that this would never ever happen again, but Maggie still thinks she will hold off on the visit for now! Hee Hee! Well, this is all the news I have to report for now ...

MY BLOW UP COLLAR

Hi Everydoggie!

The good news if that Mom found an alternative to the dreaded lamp shade! I really needed it because the sight of that lamp shade made me run and HIDE! It was BAD! Anyway, Mom found this alternative -- it is a blow up collar similar to the kind of thing a child would wear swimmies ... It is much more user friendly than than the lampshade in that it is tolerable ... When Mom heard me licking furiously at midnight last night, my new, special collar went on and it will not come off until my stitches come OUT in 10 or so more days ...

All in all I am doing better ... Still not feeling myself, but these things take time, right?

UP AGAIN!

Hi All!

I am UP AND AROUND again, but I still don't feel too goodest ever! No CONE yet, but I fear it is coming out once I start to feel betterest and I might be tempted to explore my stitches! I surest ever hope Mom loses that stttooopppiiiddd CONE before she can put it one ME ... The very sight of it makes me run away! And I shouldn't be running right now so clearly it should not come into MY VIEW! Thanks again to everydoggie for all of your get wellest wishes! :) Well, off to rest some I think ... No walkies for ME for 14 DAYS!

MY INCISION

Hi All -- I am home again from the hospital! I am very tired and achy, but at least I am HOME again with MY MOM and DAD and BOYS! OMG! I was so scared at the hospital! I am SO HAPPIEST EVER to be home again! I now have to stay quiet for 14 days -- can you imagine???? No running, no jumping and definitely NO LICKING MY STICHES! Mom says that could lead to infection which would be VERY BAD! So this is all for now everydoggie! Thanks again to everyone for your get well messages!

THE CORN COB!

Hi Everyone! 

So by now, many of you have heard about the stooopppiiiddd thing that I did last night -- I ATE A CORN COB! Yeah, I know, not the brightest thing in the world to do, as I now know, given what happened next ... Mom was right on the case and immediately called the emergency vet as she had read that CORN COBS can cause quite a bit of havoc once they are ingested ... The emergency vet confirmed this and said that I should come right in ... I was in the car and on my way to the clinic within ten minutes of the incident ... Once we arrived a very nice doctor looked me over and explained that while I still appeared to be okay, it would only be a matter of time before bad things started to happen as a result of this CORN COB in my gut ... Xrays were taken to confirm the exact location of the COB and a plan for surgery was made ... Mom was very unhappiest ever about all of this and by this time, I was getting a bit grumpy myself ... I was given a bit of a sedative for my xrays because I tried to jump off the table on the first try and would not under any circumstances lie still on my back so that the correct view could be obtained ... The sedative made me very woozy and I was stumbling all over the exam room as a result ... By this time, it was time for Mom to leave ME so that she could go home to wait for the doctor to call and tell her that MY surgery was a success ... Mom was saddest everest when she left ME and I was sad too ... The next thing I knew I was waking up in lots of pain with a strange tube attached to my leg ... The doctor called Mom to let her know that they got the COB out in two large pieces ... She also confirmed that there would have been major problems for me had this stayed put ... Mom was extremely relived when she got the call, although she is still very distraught that this happened in the first place ... Mom came to visit ME this afternoon in the hospital and I wanted so badly to jump out of MY hospital crate and go home with MOM ... She sat with ME for quite a while and I was very happy about this ... I cried when Mom left ME ... Mom call to check on ME this PM and when I heard the vet talking about me, I cried again ... I am really hoping that I can come home tomorrow at some point ... Paws crossed! 

Well, I just wanted to give a quick update ... Thank you to everyone who has left ME messages and offered support ... Mom and I really appreciate it ... Take good care everydoggie and remember NO CORN COBS -- they are nothing but trouble!

INTRODUCING FLASH!

Hi Everyone! 

I have been MIA for a while because I have been busy moving to a new house! OMG! It has been crazy -- one day the AIREVAN came and suddenly all my stuff was gone from MY house and the next thing I knew I found it all in a new house ... It was so wierd! Anyway, now that we have gotten settled somewhat at least, I FINALLY got MY birthday pressie! 

Here he is ... His name is FLASH and he is a BETA fishie! I love FLASH! He is so much fun to watch swimming around in this bowl ... I can't even stand it ...! 

I hope everydoggie is doing wellest!

My Birthday Pawty continues...........

Good morning, everyone! Today is the second day of my fabulous birthday pawty with Willow! I'm super psyched about today! Yesterday was just so much fun and I can't imagine that today will top it but it gets better and better!

After we left Sydney Harbour, we decided to go four wheeling! The Thuglets were racing alongside the car keeping us all amused! What a bunch of fun-loving Dales they are! There wasn't enough room for everybody inside so we had to pile on the roof! There's Mango and me and Herc and Molly and Gertrude and up on top is Toffee, JB, Hershey and Kaci, Clover, Rocky, Casper, Nikki, Buddy, Moco and Simba!

We were headed for Ayres Rock and once we got there we couldn't believe how huge it was! Holy Moley! You mean we're going to climb that thing?! Simba looked defeated from the start and Maggie didn't look any too happy about the climb either! Lorenza had her nose to the grindstone and was actually having fun with those short little legs! Stella had her "talk to the paw" attitude so we know she wasn't going to even attempt the climb! Myrna made it all the way to the top as did many others! We all deserve a round of applause as it was not an easy climb at all!

After our hot and sweaty climb, our hostess with the mostess suggested that we all cool off at the Great Barrier Reef and she told us all that she was a qualified scuba instructor and who wanted lessons?! Several doggie's paws went up! Taffy, Lacie, Ruby and Koobie were game as were Asta, Lola, Sparky and Kate! I give them lots of credit because there was no way I was going into that water! Do you think there might be sharks? No one came flying out so maybe not! Everyone did comment how gorgeous and vibrant the colors are and that it was definitely the experience of a lifetime!
A few of the wheelies took a short trip out to Jim Jim Falls. Everyone agreed that it was breathtakingly beautiful but no one wanted to be the first one in the water. The brave soul-wheelies include Gilbert, Myrna, Max, Trip-Trap, Roxy, Nigel? and Seymour! Opal was acting like a total tomboy and felt she needed to climb a tree! Gilbert had to come to her rescue to get her down! Poor Opal!

We were all pretty much pooped at this point and couldn't wait to get back to Noah's to rest up but one more stop and that would be Leura Cascades! Willow was totally enjoying herself as were Mango, Gussie, Sparky and George, Jake and JH, Katie, Eric, Teka, Zorra and Sam. Check out Ellie and Noah! They were smooching it up pretty good!

All I can say at this point is WHAT A PAWTY!!!! It's been SO much fun! I couldn't have asked for a better time! I want to thank all of you for coming and a big thank you goes out to Willow and her pinkies and Noah, Tess and Lucy for making us all feel so welcome and for rolling out the red carpet and for showing us the best time ever! You guys rock! I also want to thank our brilliant and gifted photographers, Asta and Koobie! We feel so fortunate to have you both and a big round of applause goes out to Ruby! That was one long flight and Ruby treated each and every one of us like royalty!

What a fun birthday pawty and and one I'll never ever forget!

Happy Birthday to ME and Willow

Today is my 4th birthday, everyone and I'm so super excited! AireRuby is picking me up anytime now and I'm off to Australia to share my birthday with Willow and all of my friends! yippeeeeeeee

I decided that my soccer shirt would be the perfect outfit for me to wear for my birthday!

The flight down to Australia was sure a long one but all of my friends were with me and Ruby had stocked the plane with the most tastiest stuff to munch on! We landed right in front of Noah's house and I couldn't wait to give Willow a big Airehug seeing as we're both the birthday girls and we're celebrating together!

Here we all are right in front of Noah's house! Isn't the garden just the prettiest thing you've ever seen?! Noah's pinkies had prepared the most delicious breakie of bacon and eggies for all of us! We ate until we were stuffed!

After breakie, we headed down to Sydney Harbour to do some sailing! I've never been on a catamaran before so this was a real treat! I sure hope with all of this food in our bellies we don't sink the ship! hehehe Scruffy felt more at home in the water while the rest of us felt much safer topside! Lola and Penny are having a hard time keeping Stella in the boat! Pacco, Joey, Powder Puff, Faith, Tanner, Willow, Amber Mae, Sophie, Finni and Deetz are just enjoying the ocean breezes. Stanley is trying to get Asta behind the sail for a smoochie or two and Herc and I are behaving ourselves like the good doggies that we are!

What a relaxing and beautiful time we had but now we're all ready to hit Bondi Beach for some birthday cake and drinks!

Check out the Ayres Rock-shaped cake that Asta had flown in from a very special bakery! It was sure yummy and we ate the whole thing! And that's not all - Asta and her BFF Lacie chartered a plane to drag this fabulous happy birthday sign all over the beach! Lacie is the pilot and Asta is holding the sign! Don't drop it, Asta! hehehe Thank goodness neither one of them had anything to drink yet! The pawty guests include Flash and Peanut, who are chasing each other, Cassidy, Harry and BabyStan enjoying the warmth of the sand, Lorenza, who was dressed to kill as usual, Eric and Ruby, with adoring Mack at her feet, Girl girl, who had the cutest birthday cake hat on, Lucy and Willow, who are totally enjoying their strawberry daiquiri while Tess looked on. Herc must have sung Happy Birthday to me a zillion times, Gus and Louie and Faya and Pearl. Maggie and Mitch were goofing off and Happy and Gaia were sharing a plate of peanut butter cookies, Petra, Mr. T-Bone Beasley, who brought his lobster and eel stuffie because he couldn't bear to leave them home all alone, Joey had a bottle of wine all to himself and wouldn't share a drop, Noah played the didgeridoo for his sissy, Poppy and Penny and Molly and Sherman, Butchy, Molly and Gertrude, Taffy, Deetz, Snickers, Asta Marie, Dewey Dewster, Sitka and M.J., Toby, Thor, Toffee and Riley. Faya, Alf and Mindy are having their own private pawty in the water while Stanley is swimming over for a refill! Blue joined us too! See her waving from the boat?!

What a fun day! I can't wait for more fun adventures tomorrow! This is the best birthday EVER! Stay tuned, everyone!

My 4th Birthday

I'm going to be 4 years old on May 18th and my friend, Willow's birthday is on May 21st and we decided seeing as our birthdays are so close to each other, we might as well celebrate together! I'm going to Australia!!!

You're all going to come, right? It's going to be so much fun! Thank you so much, Ruby for creating this beautiful invitation for us! It's just pawfect!

I've never been to Australia before! Willow has so many neat things planned for all of us like climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge and visiting Ayres Rock and the Olgas and hopefully a trip to the Great Barrier Reef!

I can't wait to see my first kangaroo!

WELCOME HOME ASTA!

Today is an excitingest ever day! I am waiting for MY goodest and bestest friends Maggie and Mitch to pick ME up in their AIREVAN so that we can head down to NYC for the big WELCOME HOME PAWTY for our sweetest ever friend ASTA who has been in ROME all week -- Can you believe that Asta went to ROME? I think that is coolest everest! :)



Anyway, We are off to NYC for this awesomest ever pawty where we will also be celevbrating Ruby's birthday -- what dunnest ever! :) OMG! I think I SEE the AIREVAN ... Soon we will be on our way!

CAMP!

Hi Everyone!

I was at camp Grandmumsa and Grandpoppie for a little while recently and it was super duper funnest ever! I got an invisible fence for MY birthday (which is not until MAY), but pawsonally, I am always in favor of early pressies! :) Anyway, the fence made my time at camp so much more fun because I could RUN and RUN and RUN ... I ran after squirls and birds and chipmunks ... Sadly I did not catch anything ... NEXT TIME ... AND I played fetch with MY most favoritest YELLOW BALLIE! It was all greatest ever fun and I can't even wait to go back again!

PREPARING FOR MY TRIP TO MOUNT HAIRY LODGE!

Valentine's Day is coming soonest and that means that our DWB trippie to MOUNT HAIRY LODGE in the POCONOS is coming soonest too! ME and MY HERC are going together and we are really excited! Mom tolded ME this AM that I should start thinking about packing! First I needed to decide what I will wear ...

After rummaging through ALL MY Mittens and Scarves for a really long time, MY BABY BOYS decided to loan ME this super cool RED HAT and I decided it would go wellest with MY blue and yellow scarf ... What do you think?



For a moment I thought that MY ride to MEET MY HERC on AIRERUBY was coming today so I decided to wait by the door ... Notice MY RED BAG ... I love MY RED BAG! :)

OMG! A PAINTING OF ME!

Today was super duper exciting! The MAILMAN brought a painting of ME to ME! Mom had tolded ME that this really neato lady, Miss Barbara, who has painted MY friends Maggie and Mitch and Sunshade was in the midst of painting ME, but it really did not sink in until this special painting of ME arrived on MY doorstep!

CLEANING MY BASEMENT WITH MOM!

Hi Everyone!

Today was funnest ever! I got to spend the afternoon cleaning MY basement with MY Mom! We are cleaning up and packing for our move to Boston which is coming up kinda soonest ever! The only thing I did not understand is WHY Mom put ME in a down STAY and did not allow ME to poke around with her as she organized and packed ... I could have been so much more helpfulest ever had MY paws been in the boxes too ... Sometimes I just don't understand! OMG!

Here I am supervising ...



After a while I had to find something to keep MYSELF occupied ...



Finally, I felled asleep ... Next time I really hope to get MY paws dirty too! It would have been much more FUNNEST EVER ...

Making STEW with MOM!

Hi All!

It has been a while since I have been able to post ... This is because it has been all work and no play around here ... MY boys are keeping ME on MY paws and there has been no down time for ME to speak of ... Yet, I did get to make a pot of BEEF Stew -- my favoritest ever with Mom last week ... Maggie's super duper bestest ever Mom shared the recipee with us and Mom and I got to work ...

Here I am inspecting the STEW Pot before we started just to make surest ever it would not leak or anything like that ...



AND here I am tasting MY STEW! Mom goofed and the other stew pictures did not turn out wellest ever so we just have the before and after shots to share ...:)

DELICIOUSEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I also wanted to thank my friend BOGIE for passing on the YOU MAKE MY DAY AWARD to ME ... Thanks so muchest ever Bogie! You make MY DAY TOO! You are a sweetest ever friend!
